ONCE-OFF CONSULTANCY

What to Expect

1. Initial Enquiry & Brief Outline

You provide a short overview of your garden and the areas where you would like assistance. We then arrange a convenient time for the on-site consultation.

2. Pre-Visit Review & Booking Confirmation

Before the consultation, we review any photographs, sketches, surveys, or notes you provide to ensure the session is focused and tailored to your objectives. A base fee for the consultation is issued at this stage; payment confirms and secures the appointment.

3. On-Site Consultation

During the visit, we walk through the garden together to assess its opportunities, challenges, and overall potential. You will receive practical, considered advice on layout, circulation, planting, material choices, or solutions to specific design issues. The session is collaborative and solution-focused.

4. Tailored Recommendations & Follow-Up

After the on-site consultation, you will receive a detailed, tailored report by email summarising our discussion and providing practical suggestions for areas of the garden that could be enhanced. This report includes recommendations for minor design enhancements, hard landscape features, suitable plants, seasonal bulbs, and annuals to ensure year-round interest and vibrancy, giving you enough information to carry out the suggested work yourself or for your preferred gardening team to execute.

If required, we can provide a quotation to supply any additional plants, which can be delivered directly to your property. We can also source containers, feature pots, and other garden elements as needed. Additionally, we are happy to collaborate with a preferred gardening contractor or your own gardening team to prepare flowerbeds and assist with plant installation, ensuring the garden is transformed as planned.

5. Optional Ongoing Support

We can provide ongoing guidance and support to help your garden thrive, available on a seasonal, quarterly, bi-annual, or annual basis. This ensures your garden continues to develop as intended, remains healthy, and evolves beautifully over time.
